Kick back and relax in this calm, modern, open concept space. Fenced in yard for your pup to enjoy. 15 minute drive or 30 minute train ride to NYC (train station is 5 minutes by car). Smart Flat screen TV’s in bedroom and living room. 4 Guests
PLEASE NOTE: Basement space with natural light. (The ceiling is 6’4 1/2” high and the Main support beam is 5’8” high). This is a house share BUT you have private space: Private entrance, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom with a Queen Bob-o-pedic extremely comfortable memory foam mattress. In the living room there are 2 futons, both open to full beds, but 1 is slightly smaller (43” wide x 70 1/2” long). 2 Sit/Stand work stations that are out of the way when not in use so both of you can accomplish a lot of computer work without having to stay in the same position. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with all the comforts of home. Keypad entry, Wifi, Hotel safe for your valuables, kitchenette with small appliances. Easy ON-Street Parking, usually right in front of the house.

About the space
Do you love animals? I have 5 Jack Russell Terriers that love company, as well as 2 cats and fish. This is a house share and you will have 1 or 2 bedrooms (depending on what you reserve). If you reserve one bedroom, the other one will not be rented out during your stay. The bathroom is shared with the owner of the house. There are certain dates that the entire house is available (not shared with the owner). Message me for details. This private house is Modern, well maintained and located close to the Pelham train station that goes to NYC and CT. Enjoy your morning coffee in the tranquility of the private back yard.
The space
Walk up the stairs (1 flight up) and the bathroom is at the top. The owners bedroom is the door next to the bathroom. Walk down the hall and the guest bedroom is straight ahead. The second bedroom is up another flight of stairs.
