About the space

Do you love animals? I have 5 Jack Russell Terriers that love company, as well as 2 cats and fish. This is a house share and you will have 1 or 2 bedrooms (depending on what you reserve). If you reserve one bedroom, the other one will not be rented out during your stay. The bathroom is shared with the owner of the house. There are certain dates that the entire house is available (not shared with the owner). Message me for details. This private house is Modern, well maintained and located close to the Pelham train station that goes to NYC and CT. Enjoy your morning coffee in the tranquility of the private back yard.

The space

Walk up the stairs (1 flight up) and the bathroom is at the top. The owners bedroom is the door next to the bathroom. Walk down the hall and the guest bedroom is straight ahead. The second bedroom is up another flight of stairs.

This is a 3 Br/1 bath house share. 1 Br is available for 2 people and the pricing reflects that. Message us if you are interested in renting 2 Bedrooms or the entire house and we will let you know the cost and availability.

Our host was amazing from communication, suggestions of places to visit, how to use nearby train to delightful conversation. Room was as described and clean. We were made to feel quite welcome. Entry keypad for easy access. We highly recommend! Wonderful host and great location to get into NYC.
